What is stored

Your account — email address, hashed password, and the time your email was verified.

Your workspace — its name, its members, and their roles.

Your monitors — everything you configured: names, URLs, hostnames, ports, intervals, thresholds, keyword assertions, warning thresholds.

Check results — for each check: the time, whether it succeeded, latency, HTTP status, and the failure reason when it failed. Deleted after 7 days.

Incidents — when they opened and resolved, the reason, and the external verdict where one was recorded.

Alert channels — the destination you configured. Webhook URLs, ntfy topic URLs, Telegram bot tokens and email addresses are stored in full because they are needed to deliver the alert, and are displayed back to you redacted. See security.

A delivery ledger — which channel was sent what, when, and whether it worked.

Audit records — significant actions in your workspace, with the user and timestamp.

What is not stored

  • Response bodies from your monitored endpoints. Keyword matching happens in memory; only the pass/fail result is kept.
  • Payment details. There is no billing.
  • Analytics profiles, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking.

Third parties

Email delivery — alert and account emails are sent through an SMTP provider, which necessarily receives the recipient address and message content.

Intelligence checks — certificate, domain, DNS and email-authentication monitors are performed via an external API, which receives the domain name being checked.

Second opinion — when an HTTP incident opens, the monitored URL is sent to an external service to be fetched from an independent network.

Hosting and network — the service runs behind Cloudflare, which handles TLS termination and sees request metadata.

Your data is not sold, and is not shared with anyone beyond what is needed to deliver the service.

Retention

Data Kept
Check results 7 days
Incidents Until you delete the monitor
Monitor configuration Until you delete it
Account Until you delete it
Delivery ledger Until the incident is deleted

Deleting a monitor deletes its check results, incidents and channel attachments.
