WhatPing

Contact

No sales team, no demo booking, no chat widget in the corner. There is one developer and an email address.

Something is broken

Email hello@whatping.com with what you did, what happened, and the monitor name if it’s specific to one. If it’s an outage on WhatPing itself, say so in the subject line.

A security issue

Email hello@whatping.com rather than opening a public issue. You will get a reply, and credit if you want it. See security for what is already defended.

A feature request

Email, or check the roadmap first — it may already be there, and it also lists what is deliberately not planned, which will save you the message.

The most useful feature requests describe the failure you had, not the feature you want.

A question about whether it fits

The pages most likely to answer it:

If the answer is that WhatPing doesn’t fit, the comparison pages say which tool does. That is a better outcome than a signup that turns into a disappointment.
